Very good! It's just too loud when the vibrations are on. I expected it to be quieter.

Doesn't hold a charge very long, barely lasts 20-30 minutes on a full charge.

Strap doesn't stretch enough for a larger waist size, digs in a bit.

The massage function is louder than I expected, can hear it through clothing.

Gets uncomfortably hot on the highest setting, wish there was a setting in between.

Gift for my little girl who has suffered from monthly cramps for years: guaranteed effect, really calms uterine contractions. Be sure to lower the temperature on the first try (it's too high). The heat combined with a gentle massage provides a guaranteed feeling of relief. One downside is that it's a bit noisy, so it's best to use it only outside of work hours, which is a shame. I highly recommend this product for painful periods.

The basic idea isn't bad. At the 60-degree setting, it provides good warmth, and the strap allows you to wear the device under your clothes at the office. Personally, I don't find the massage settings very good, and it's also too loud. I don't know how long the battery lasts, but at 60 degrees, you can watch the percentage drop. For the price, it's okay.

Band is stretchy and just about fits round my hips which are roughly 125cm but digs in a little bit, it gets very hot which is good as i bought this to use for menstrual cramps, it's easy to use and I like the fact you can use the heat and massage independently of each other, my only moan would be that the battery doesn't last very long on it.

My daughter loves it, it works wonderful thanks. It fit her perfectly hope to buy it for myself soon.

Good, I use it on my back. It heats up nicely, and you can adjust the intensity of the massage or leave it off. The elastic band around the waist isn't very wide.
