Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Once your order ships, delivery typically takes 5–10 business days depending on your location, and you'll receive a tracking notification by email so you can follow your parcel every step of the way.
Returns
We want you to feel completely confident with your EaseProducts. If you cgange your mind, you may return your unused, unopened item within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we'll make it right — whether that's a replacement or a full refund, no hassle.
