Waiting for your comfort to arrive? Here's how to see exactly where your parcel is. 💕
1. Check your shipping email
As soon as your order is on its way, we email you a tracking number and link. Tap it to follow your parcel all the way to your door. (Can't find it? Peek in your spam or promotions folder.)
2. Check your order status online
Log in with the email address you used at checkout. We'll send you a one-time code, with no password to remember. Then open Orders to see your order status and tracking.
3. Still not sure? Ask us, babe
Send us your order number (it starts with #) and a real person will tell you exactly where your parcel is.

How long does delivery take?
- 📦 Standard delivery: 7–15 business days
- ⚡ Express delivery: R200, choose it at checkout
